Granville Street Completed and Let!!!

We’re so happy with the finish on our Granville St. property and our new tenants seem to agree with us.

Jackie our Property Manager and the team of talented tradesman we use have transformed this run down neglected house into a welcoming modern home.

The house is now a spacious three bedroom home shared by three tenants who each let a room. We’ve added an extra bathroom so the house now has two, one with a large walk in shower, once with a full bath and a separate WC for convenience.

The newly created lounge area has an LCD TV and the house is connected to high speed broadband.

We’ve been busy planning our next refurbishment which is only days away from us being able to begin, this one is a huge project and see us restoring a derelect Victorian era property into two 5 bedroom town houses, we’re really excited to get started.
